1. The short version
You have 14 days to change your mind. Own your site is refunded in full if, in that time, you haven't published the site at promtfolio.com/yourname and haven't downloaded its ZIP. A credit pack is refunded in full if none of its credits have been used. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel later.
2. Own your site ($39, once per site)
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, as long as the site has not been handed over yet: it was never published at promtfolio.com/yourname, and its ZIP was never downloaded.
Why the download and publishing count: the ZIP is the whole site, with its files, images and the setup kit for Claude Code or Codex, and once it is on your computer it stays yours. A published site is already out in the world. So the first download, or the first publish, ends the refund window. The studio says so next to the Download button before your first download.
After a refund, your site stays in the studio, and looking at it and editing it by hand stay free, as always. Downloading and publishing close again. The 50 AI credits that came with Own your site leave your account, except any you already used.
3. Credit packs ($19, $49 or $129)
A credit pack is refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase, if none of its credits have been used.
Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack can't be refunded. We don't refund part of a pack.
Credits never expire, so there is no rush to use them.
4. Cancellation
Promtfolio has no subscription. Own your site is paid once per site, and credit packs are one time purchases, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The 50 credits that come with Own your site are part of that one purchase, not a separate plan.
5. How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@promtfolio.com from the email you bought with, or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Tell us which purchase it is about.
Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record: it sells to you on our behalf, charges your payment method and issues your receipt. It also makes the refund, to the payment method you paid with. How long the money takes to show up depends on your bank or card.
6. Your rights under the law
This policy does not take away any mandatory rights you have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, or under the consumer law where you live.
