How the free week works
Your first 7 days are free. On day 7 your plan renews at the price shown and your card is charged for the next period, unless you cancel first. We send a reminder 2 days before. You can cancel anytime in one click from your account, effective at the end of the current period. Prices are in USD; any VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record).

When am I charged?+
Never during the 7-day free trial. On day 7 your plan renews at the listed price and your card is charged for the next period, unless you cancelled. We email you 2 days before so it is never a surprise.
How do I cancel?+
One click, from your account or the billing portal, as easy as signing up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you are never charged again after that.
What happens to my site if I cancel?+
Your published site stays live until the end of the period you paid for. Before then you will be able to export your code and assets and host them anywhere (export is part of Pro, coming soon). Nothing is held hostage.
Do I own my work?+
The content you write and the code of your generated site are yours. You are responsible for confirming you have the rights to any media you import (for example stock photos, fonts, or client work licensed only for the original site).
What can I ask the chat manager to do?+
On Basic, the manager handles the everyday upkeep: edit any text, swap images, add or remove projects, and restyle colours, fonts, and moods. On Pro it takes any creative request: rework layouts, add animations, redesign whole pages, all crafted to portfolio standard. Same chat, bigger creative license.
Which portfolios are supported?+
Adobe Portfolio and static HTML sites today. Behance, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow are on the waitlist. Paste your link and we will tell you right away if it is supported.
What about taxes and refunds?+
Prices are in USD. Any VAT or sales tax is added and remitted at checkout by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record). Refund terms are described in our Terms of Service.
By rebuilding and publishing a site, you confirm you have the rights to host the media you import. Promtfolio hosts your media and code on your behalf; it does not grant you ownership of third-party assets. Prices and terms are for early access and may change with notice.
