What Promtfolio keeps when you connect Instagram
Your Instagram username and name, the posts you import (their captions, dates and images), and an access token that lets you pull new posts later. We use them only to build and update your site.
Disconnect from inside Promtfolio
Open your site in the studio, select your avatar, and under Account choose Disconnect Instagram.
This removes your Instagram username, captions, post list and the access token from Promtfolio right away.
The images and text already placed on your site stay there, because they are part of your site now, until you remove them in the studio or delete the site.
Remove Promtfolio from Instagram
In Instagram, open Settings, then Apps and websites (the wording can change between app versions), and remove Promtfolio.
When Meta passes your deletion request on to us, we delete the same Instagram data automatically, and Meta shows you a confirmation code and a link where you can check that the request was handled.
Delete everything
To remove your whole site, including the images and text that came from Instagram, delete your account from the same screen in the studio (when you are signed in), or write to hello@promtfolio.com from the email you signed up with and tell us your site address.
